Yes, if we are in the industry, radio should be extremely relevant. If you are a PD, or Announcer, I would expect that the answer would be "very relevant". However, for many like myself, somewhat displaced, I am curious who is "sticking around", and if so in what fashion. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;As for relevance to the listener, it's easy to take statistics and make them work for in your favor. When we say 94%, what exact demo are we talking about? Is it 94% of every person within the USA borders (notice I didn't use citizen) or is it 94% of people that say they own 5 radios? Or is it 94% of the 35-54 demo? This type of statistic is too general and vague. True it needs to get better, and perhaps the pendulum will swing back. We must be determined to not give up, if we don't change it, who will? We must persist.
